BettingJobs are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer – Product for an established gaming brand, to be based in their UAE office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to plan and conduct user research—including personas, interviews, and usability testing—to uncover guest needs, behaviours, and preferences.
• Translate research insights into clear wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that streamline the guest journey from discovery to booking, emphasizing usability and refined design.
• Deliver responsive, visually compelling UI designs aligned with Wynn’s luxury brand standards and consistent across desktop, mobile, and app experiences.
• Ensure all design solutions are feasible, aligned with business goals, and follow Wynn’s brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain design systems, including style guides, pattern libraries, and interaction standards, to drive consistency across digital products.
• Support A/B testing, usability testing, and data analysis to optimize designs and improve engagement and conversion across digital platforms.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, proactively bringing fresh ideas to elevate the guest experience.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or related role.
• Experience in gaming or hospitality is a plus, though not required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and successful UX/UI case studies.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering elevated user experiences.
• Creative, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving project needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
