BettingJobs is working with a new casino and sportsbook operator within the Mexican market who are seeking a Head of Casino to join their team based remotely in LATAM.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall casino strategy aligned with company objectives and market specifics.
• Build and structure the casino department, including processes, reporting lines, and operational workflows.
• Oversee the integration and performance of casino content, aggregators, and individual game providers.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with top-tier providers and aggregators.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure smooth integrations, feature development, and bonus tool optimization.
• Work with Marketing and CRM to design promotional strategies, tournaments, and retention campaigns that drive engagement and LTV.
• Analyse performance metrics (GGR, NGR, retention, conversion, game profitability) and implement data-driven improvements.
• Adapt the casino offering to local markets (languages, payment methods, bonuses, and content preferences).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, licensing standards, and responsible gaming requirements.
• Lead, train, and mentor the casino operations team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in online casino operations or management.
• Proven success in launching or scaling casino products in start-up or multi-market.
• Deep understanding of casino platforms, game providers, and bonus systems.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with content suppliers and aggregators.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance reports and act on insights.
• Solid grasp of player behaviour, retention mechanics, and segmentation.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with both casino and sportsbook ecosystems.
• Familiarity with LATAM markets and their player habits.
• Knowledge of bonus engines, gamification tools, and tournament mechanics.
• Experience integrating and optimizing third-party casino APIs.
• Hands-on experience with back-office systems and analytics dashboards.
