BettingJobs are working with a UK focused sports betting company. They are a UKGC licensed operator who are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team on a remote basis within the UK.
Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new UK-focused affiliate partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
Negotiate and manage commercial terms, commission structures, and bespoke campaigns.
Monitor affiliate performance daily, ensuring ROI targets and acquisition KPIs are achieved.
Analyse and report on affiliate activity, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Use analytics tools and dashboards to track performance.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns tailored for affiliates.
Ensure affiliates are promoting current offers, events, and responsible gambling messaging.
Support cross-channel promotions around major sporting events.
Ensure all affiliate activity fully complies with UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and ASA/CAP Code requirements.
Conduct regular affiliate audits and monitor advertising placements.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory purposes.
Contribute to acquisition strategy and budget planning.
Evaluate affiliate performance against market benchmarks.
Stay up to date with UK betting trends, competitive analysis, and emerging affiliate technologies.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in affiliate management within sports betting, iGaming, or online gaming.
Strong understanding of UKGC compliance and responsible gambling advertising.
Proven track record of managing CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid deals.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and affiliate tracking platforms.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of key UK sports and betting markets.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have:
Experience with affiliate tracking software (e.g. Income Access, MyAffiliates, NetRefer).
Understanding of CRM and player value analytics.
Previous experience working in a regulated UK operator.
Exposure to casino or cross-vertical affiliates (sports + casino).
