BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, an iGaming solutions provider, in their search for a Junior Risk and Payments Specialist with English to join their team based in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse daily transactions for suspicious activity
• Review and verify customer documentation (KYC/AML)
• Investigate potential fraud and escalate cases when needed
• Process payments, deposits, and withdrawals in accordance with company policies
• Liaise with payment providers to resolve technical or transactional issues
• Handle chargebacks and disputes efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of risk cases and payment processes
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Compliance teams
• Assist in improving risk detection procedures and payment flows
• Any other tasks assigned by the Risk & Payments Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Risk, Payments, or a similar role
• Strong command of English (B2 and above)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML and fraud prevention principles
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
