    Brand & Content Director

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established multi-brand iGaming operator seeking to expand their Web3/ Crypto vertical with an experienced Brand & Content Director to join their team based remotely within Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and oversee the brand’s creative vision across influencer, event, and social initiatives, collaborating with the Head of Social on smaller activations.
    • Create a brand identity that stands out from the competition visually and tonally. Ensuring that standards are upheld across all channels the brand appears.
    • Lead brainstorming, ideation, and concept development to deliver standout campaigns.
    • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
    • Own copywriting across website, CRM, and paid media, while guiding social content direction.
    • Develop creative concepts for influencer and organic social campaigns that authentically engage audiences.
    • Partner with influencer management teams to select talent, define content approaches, and oversee execution.
    • Lead the creative design of branded events, tournaments, and activations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver engaging live and digital experiences.
    • Oversee creation and refinement of brand toolkits and content strategies that amplify event reach across digital platforms.
    • Develop innovative content series over multiple formats, including short-form video, livestreams, and community interaction campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the social team to balance planned campaigns with trend-driven content.
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and CRM teams to align creative output with business goals.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, production partners, and creative vendors.
    • Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends to inform future creative initiatives.
