BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to expand their Gibraltar based team with a Mid Weight Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Craft scroll-stopping visuals for campaigns, CRM, social media, and digital platforms.
• Translate briefs into standout creative that elevates brand perception.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across every channel and touchpoint.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative leads — contributing ideas, not just following instructions.
• Balance speed and precision: delivering high-quality work without sacrificing attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a designer at Midweight level.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).
• Strong skills in Figma, using it actively for collaboration and design sharing.
• A proven portfolio of social media assets (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) — everything we do is in English.
• Based in Gibraltar or able to work cross-border, with Tuesday office presence.
