BettingJobs is working with a SaaS provider to the online casino industry with employees based in Canada, Panama, Costa Rica, and Europe. The company is seeking to make senior appointments, including a Senior Director of Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies (PPC, SEO/SEM, affiliates, influencers, social, display, communities) to attract high-value crypto users.
• Optimize the full funnel—from awareness to deposit—using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and advanced attribution models.
• Lead and scale performance, affiliate, influencer, and community campaigns, piloting new channels and tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
• Oversee affiliate partnerships and community-building on crypto-native platforms (Telegram, Discord) to drive trust and conversion.
• Build and manage a high-performing acquisition team, fostering collaboration across Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Compliance.
• Own acquisition budget and KPIs, ensuring ROI-focused allocation and reporting on CAC, LTV, and funnel efficiency to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in digital marketing, including 3+ years in leadership within iGaming or crypto sectors.
• Expertise across performance marketing, affiliates, influencer/UGC, CRO, and community engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in attribution models, automation, and tracking tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large budgets.
• Deep understanding of crypto-user behaviour and ecosystems.
• Strategic, creative, data-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
