    CRM Manager

    BettingJobs are currently seeking a CRM Manager for an established iGaming company in their Sofia office.

    This role would be well-suited to an experienced CRM professional looking to take on a senior role with an established international operator. The ideal candidate will have experience within the online gaming industry, and knowledge of Simplify or Smartico would be a significant advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the main stakeholder for the CRM system.
    • Plan and execute all CRM strategies, with a view to increasing customer retention and loyalty rates.
    • Manage customer journeys to drive retention and growth objectives.
    • Preform market research and stay up to date with competitor offerings.
    • Build & Create customer lifecycles and automations.
    • Overseeing and analysing campaign performance.
    • Build and create CRM email templates and marketing materials.
    • Set up, document and maintain CRM procedures, including key information such as welcome offers, promotional calendar, Bonus scheme and more

     

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a CRM manager in Igaming – a must.
    • In-depth understanding of the customer journeys, segments, commercials and bonuses.
    • Experience working with CRM software, preferably Simplify or Smartico
    • Good working knowledge of HTML and Excel.
    • Ability to work on a tight deadline and under pressure.
    • Excellent written and verbal English.
    • Responsible, detail-oriented, well organised, independent, able to learn quickly, a multi-tasking master, a team player & have great interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working within Sweepstake Casino would be a considerable advantage.
