BettingJobs is working with a well-established gaming brand seeking to expand their senior team based in Manila with the addition of a Business Analyst, Payments, KYC & Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and prioritize business and compliance requirements for payments, KYC/AML, and regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, compliance specialists, and engineers to design and deliver robust payment and verification solutions.
• Translate regulatory obligations into clear, actionable requirements and workflows.
• Support integrations with third-party providers (payment processors, fraud detection, identity verification, etc.).
• Analyse payment performance, player onboarding journeys, and compliance processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in regulatory audits, certifications, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with both player experience goals and global/local compliance standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in payments, fintech, gaming, or another regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, KYC/AML processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with third-party vendors in payments, fraud, and identity verification.
• Familiarity with global and regional regulations in gaming, payments, and data privacy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience documenting workflows and business rules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with or knowledge of Asian gaming markets (regulated or non-regulated) is a strong plus.
