BettingJobs are working with a growing B2B Casino Games Slots Studio who have offices based in Poland and Spain. They are looking to being their Game Server Development in-house where this role can be done fully remotely on the European time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Build game servers and engines using TypeScript or your preferred tech stack
• Implement complex slot math and mechanics in collaboration with game designers
• Develop features like free spins, bonus logic, and stateful gameplay systems
• Write robust tests and debugging tools to ensure quality
• Ensure your code is fast, stable, and production-ready
• Help us scale new games quickly while maintaining rock-solid performance

Requirements:

• Experience developing real-time game servers or engine-level logic
• Strong grasp of RNG-based gameplay, volatility, and math model translation
• Comfortable reading and working from GDDs and slot math sheets
• Bonus: Familiar with CI/CD, observability tools, and cloud environments
• Creative, precise, and able to solve hard problems cleanly
