BettingJobs is working with a new crypto casino, looking for a Payments Manager. This candidate must be experienced in both crypto and fiat markets to join their team on a remote basis in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of payment processing, including deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
• Define payment strategies & solutions for each specific currency and market.
• Monitor and analyse payment success rates and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of all payment transactions.
• Manage relationships with PSPs and other financial institutions.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with new and existing payment providers.
• Stay updated on new payment technologies and recommend integrations to enhance user experience.
• Monitor and mitigate payment fraud risks, implementing anti-fraud measures.
• Continuously review and optimize the payment process to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Work with the product and IT teams to implement new payment methods and enhance existing ones.
• Analyse payment trends and provide reports to management on performance and improvements.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years proven experience in payment management within online gaming
• Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and processors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.
• Experience with chargeback and fraud prevention strategies.
• Familiarity with global payment trends and customer preferences.
