BettingJobs is working with a well-established gaming brand seeking to expand their senior team based in Manila with the addition of a Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy into a 12–18 month operations roadmap with quarterly targets for CS, Payments/Fraud, and Casino Content.
• Convert business goals into a unified, prioritized backlog (service quality, payments resilience, fraud targets, content deployment).
• Approve quarterly roadmaps and allocate resources across functions.
• Lead multi-function team through direct leadership of functional Heads.
• Hire, develop, and performance-manage senior leaders; build succession pipelines and growth paths.
• Run data-driven reviews: weekly ops dashboards, monthly deep dives, and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure full compliance with Asian market regulations; maintain audit-ready SOPs and evidence.
• Monitor performance rigorously, coach leaders, and intervene early to correct drift in KPIs, compliance, or culture.
• Own incident governance (fraud spikes, outages, payment issues) and enforce rapid corrective action.
• Drive operational readiness, rollback plans, and stakeholder communications.
• Sponsor automation and continuous improvement initiatives to raise quality and throughput.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in online gaming operations, including 5+ years leading CS, Payments/Fraud, and Content in regulated markets.
• Deep exposure to Asia, with strong preference for the Philippines market experience; proven familiarity with regulated landscapes.
• Decisive, systematic, and detail-oriented; thrives under pressure with excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and engage regulators and partners.
• Fluency in English essential, any other languages advantageous.
