    Marketing Operations Specialist

    BettingJobs is working with a leading live casino provider is looking to expand its marketing team with the addition of a Marketing Operations Specialist. B2B marketing experience in the iGaming sector is required for this role. This role can be based remotely within Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support departments across the business.
    • Support product launches, promotions and campaigns with creative storytelling and visuals.
    • Ensure brand identity is consistent across all assets and communication and assist other departments to deliver with branding and marketing in mind.
    • Design digital and print marketing materials (social media graphics, banners, brochures, trade show visuals, presentations, merchandise, videos).
    • Ability to create short videos, motion graphics and animations for campaigns and to showcase the products and services.
    • Support website, email, and in-game promotions with visually engaging assets.
    • Create and deliver design and content requests from other business departments
    • Have strong copywriting skills
    • Assist in planning, organizing and coordination of photoshoots
    • Create and manage content, including a content calendar, for social media channels.
    • Ability to update website.
    • Use best practice to support SEO and paid campaigns.
    • Monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance data.
    • Assist in the design and delivery of graphics, event materials, and all items required for major industry exhibitions.
    • Streamline documentation to support sales, business development and account management with custom pitch decks, client proposals and asset management.
    • Create and manage announcements of strategic partnerships
    • Work with third party vendors, including Paid Media and Affiliates
    • Track and analyse campaign performance, working with third party vendors.
    • Provide insights to improve elements of the company’s marketing and design impact.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in iGaming marketing operations, campaign management, and creative production.
    • Strong design skills with proficiency in design tools (eg Adobe).
    • Understanding with experience of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and content management.
    • Creative, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, multi-national organization.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
    • High level of written and spoken English
