BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming group seeking to expand their senior team with the addition of a PSP Payments Specialist to their team based remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding, configuration, and testing of new payment providers.
• Monitor and analyse payment product performance and provide suggestions on how to improve PSP performance.
• Conduct benchmarking and analysis of both existing and prospective payment solutions to drive improvements and diversification of the payment’s portfolio.
• Manage and nurture relationships with current payment providers, ensuring service quality and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on payment trends, issues, KPIs, and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with PaymentIQ and/or Praxis payment orchestration platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing payment solutions across multiple geographies and currencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to extract insights and propose solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
