BettingJobs is partnering with a new crypto casino in their search to find a Streamer Manager to join their team. This role is remote role based in Europe as a B2B contractor and all applicants must be comfortable with being paid in cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit top talent within the gaming and casino streaming community.
• Manage and develop relationships with streamers to ensure alignment with the casino’s brand and values.
• Regularly review and assess the performance of streamers based on key metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion).
• Ensure streamers create content that adheres to the casino’s promotional campaigns, events, and key messages.
• Build and maintain relationships with streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop promotional initiatives to engage stream viewers and encourage participation in casino events and offers.
• Prepare regular reports on streaming performance and impact on casino revenue.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer management or streaming in the gaming or casino industry.
• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
• Experience working with or managing streamers, content creators, or influencers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple streamers and campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of casino games and industry trends.
• Experience with Crypto Casinos is a plus
