    Support Agent

    BettingJobs is partnering with a new crypto casino in their search to find a Support Agent to join their team. This role is remote role based in Europe as a B2B contractor and all applicants must be comfortable with being paid in cryptocurrency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality customer service via multiple channels (live chat and email) to resolve player inquiries related to gaming issues, account management, payment queries, promotions, and technical support.
    • Handle player complaints and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
    • Assist players with account creation, password resets, deposit/withdrawal queries, bonuses, and other account-related matters.
    • Stay up to date on all company products, promotions, terms, and conditions to provide accurate information to players.
    • Adhere to the company’s security protocols and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gambling policies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to the gaming platform, including but not limited to game errors, payment processing issues, and site navigation.
    • Actively listen to player feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues for reporting and compliance purposes.
    • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years in customer service or support within the iGaming industry.
    • Familiarity with common gaming platforms, CRM software and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to resolve issues effectively, and efficiently, and to stay calm under pressure.
    • High level of attention to detail, especially when dealing with sensitive player data, transactions, or complaints.
    • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive player experience.
    • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
    • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Knowledge of online casino games, sports betting, poker, and/or esports.
