    Content Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry, who are currently looking for a Content Manager to join their team in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Led the planning and execution of a dynamic project showcasing games and hero characters, aligning with stakeholder goals and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
    • Managed a network of commissioned artists to produce engaging visuals across projects, using tools like Monday and Discord for coordination.
    • Oversaw the successful launch and continuous development of website content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and enhance user engagement.
    • Shaped the project vision through inspiration from pop culture, mainstream gaming, and non-iGaming brands, driving creativity and innovation.
    • Leveraged deep knowledge of comics, graphic novels, and fandom culture to curate fan-centric content that resonates with audiences.
    • Used data and analytics to monitor performance and inform ongoing project optimization.
    • Developed branded merch concepts aligned with audience interests, managing samples, stakeholder presentations, and logistics coordination.

    Requirements:

    • Passion for pop culture, mainstream gaming, fandom dynamics, comics, and graphic novels.
    • Strong collaborator, able to bridge creative and technical teams to achieve shared goals.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn creative concepts into actionable, business-aligned plans.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying vision, progress, and results to stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of fandom culture and what resonates with fans, translating insights into impactful content and outcomes.
    • 5+ years’ experience in content management.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related/gaming fields.
    • Background in creative roles within industries such as gaming or design agencies.
    • Experience in website launches, content creation, and digital engagement.
