Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global commercial growth strategy for Live Casino.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team, driving revenue growth across regulated markets.
• Cultivate and expand long-term strategic partnerships with operators, aggregators, and key stakeholders at the C-suite level.
• Oversee the end-to-end commercial lifecycle – from market entry strategies to deal structuring and long-term account growth.
• Represent the business at industry-leading events and forums, positioning the brand as the partner of choice in Live Casino.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to deliver market-leading solutions.
• Provide board-level insights and market intelligence to guide overall company direction.

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles within the iGaming industry, with deep expertise in Live Casino.
• Exceptional strategic vision and commercial acumen, with the ability to drive multi-million revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation skills and existing C-level network across global operators.
• Experience leading commercial teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages advantageous).
• Flexibility to travel internationally.
