BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming operator in international markets with offices in London.

They are looking for a skilled Affiliate Manager with strong experience in the UK and Irish regulated iGaming markets to lead and grow our affiliate channel. This role will play a key part in developing strategic partnerships and optimising performance to support continued business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the affiliate marketing program for the UK/Ireland markets, focusing on both acquisition and retention.
• Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate traffic, revenue, and ROI to ensure targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners, offering support and guidance to maximise results.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and regulatory adherence.
• Deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
• Represent the affiliate program at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within the regulated iGaming or sports betting sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape in the UK and Ireland.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a focus on KPIs and growth.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
