BettingJobs are working with a well-established B2B service provider who offer tech, marketing, operations and payments solutions that specialise within South-East Asian markets, who are seeking to hire an Affiliate Manager to join their office in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the acquisition, retention, and activation of new affiliates and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations and meticulously review commercial agreements with pivotal partners.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns, diligently reporting ROI outcomes.
- Identify and nurture top-performing affiliates while devising incentive schemes to acknowledge key partners.
- Participate in the key industry events in order to attract new partners and improve the brand image.
- Present comprehensive affiliate marketing reports to senior leadership.
- Negotiate and scrutinize commercial agreements with all partners to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
Requirements:
- Extensive background in the iGaming industry coupled with proven experience in affiliate management.
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating the Indian market landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess.
- Strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- Track record of successfully developing and managing affiliate programs.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
