    CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a new growing bookmaker within the iGaming industry who are seeking a CRM Manager. This role is based in their Dublin office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention.
    • Utilise data insights to segment audiences and personalize marketing communications.
    • Optimise player journeys through automated workflows and lifecycle strategies to maximise ROI and continually optimise lifecycle offers
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to refine CRM performance.
    • Analyse customer behavior and campaign effectiveness to enhance engagement.
    • Work with marketing to design and execute bonusing
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the online gaming or sports betting industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
    • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
    • Expertise in CRM tools, email marketing, and automation platforms including push, SMS and other CRM channels.
    • Solid understanding of basic HTML for email, email best practices & industry standards
    • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to customer engagement.
    • A proactive, results-driven attitude with excellent communication skills.
