BettingJobs are currently seeking a Head of Player Marketing & Loyalty for an established supplier to the iGaming industry. The role will be based in Yerevan.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign management: plan and execute game launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and network-level activities across both Live and RNG portfolios to drive player awareness and engagement across brands
Co-branded marketing: collaborate with B2B partners to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention through co-branded promotions and advertising
Promotion & bonus activities (B2B): define and optimize promo mechanics such as jackpots, tournaments, challenges, and retention offers tailored to different game types
Loyalty & engagement programs: design and evolve loyalty systems and player journeys that increase lifetime value and deepen brand affinity
Performance tracking: analyse campaign and promo effectiveness, player behaviour, and ROI to continuously improve marketing efforts
Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Studio, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on content, campaign timing, and strategic goals
Creative & content oversight: drive the development of creative assets, marketing copy, and in-game messaging in partnership with design and content teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in iGaming, with a strong focus on player marketing, campaign management, or retention strategy
Deep understanding of promotional tools and player behaviour in online casino environments
Proven track record of managing impactful campaigns and driving user engagement through operators or aggregators
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and player segmentation
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working across commercial, creative, and product teams
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency in Armenian is an advantage
