    Account Manager (Sportsbook)

    BettingJobs are currently seeking an Account Manager for an innovative supplier to the sports betting industry. This is a newly created role due to significant recent growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are getting the most from the product offering.

    This role would be well-suited to an experienced B2B Account Manager with a strong knowledge of the online sports betting industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact.
    • You will be an expert on the product offering and use this knowledge to drive usage and awareness of products within the clients’ brands.
    • Evaluate and identify opportunities for growth, through up-selling and cross-selling.
    • Be the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback about how to better serve customer needs.

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in B2B role within the online gaming industry.
    • A passion for sports betting with a deep understanding of the sports betting landscape in Europe.
    • Strong understanding of the main suppliers within the online sports betting industry.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to travel extensively, to conferences, events and client offices as required.
    • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with IT & Technical teams.
    • Ability to develop deep interpersonal relationships with clients.

     

    This role can be remotely based with frequent travel to conferences, events and client offices throughout Europe.
