BettingJobs are working with a newly launched crypto casino brand who are currently looking for a Head of CRM to join their team based remotely.
The successful candidate will be the first CRM hire, working directly with the founder to build, launch, and scale lifecycle communications, bonus logic, retention flows, and multi-channel automation from the ground up. This role can be undertaken on a part time basis to start.
Responsibilities:
- Fix technical email issues (SPF, DKIM, IP warming, domain reputation)
- Launch core lifecycle flows: welcome, deposit upsell, reactivation, and VIP nudges
- Set up bonus triggers, segmentation, and expiry logic for automated communications
- Implement responsible gaming compliance in all CRM messaging (opt-outs, cooling-off periods, clear terms)
- Prepare us for multi-channel CRM: email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging
- Set up weekly reporting to track open rates, click-throughs, activation flow performance, churn, and LTV by segment
- Recommend and advise on the ideal CRM stack.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM activity supports long-term retention and growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience owning CRM for an online casino, sportsbook, or iGaming platform
- Deep knowledge of player behaviour, segmentation strategy, and bonus mechanics
- Hands-on skills with tools like Smartico, Optimove, FastTrack, or Braze
- Strong grasp of backend logic for user wallets, segmentation, and triggered offers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to iterate based on KPIs like LTV, ARPU, and churn
- Startup mentality — you’re comfortable building systems from scratch and improving fast
- Bonus: Experience designing A/B tests and using performance insights to refine lifecycle flows
