BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming Operator seeking to expand their Casino team with a proactive and personable VIP Manager.

This role is full time based in the San Jose; Costa Rica, office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value players; with focus on the North American market.
• Develop personalised retention and reactivation strategies to maximise player lifetime value.
• Coordinate exclusive events, promotions, and offers for VIP players.
• Monitor player activity, identify trends, and proactively engage at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with CRM and product teams to optimise the VIP experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in VIP account management within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of North American online casino and sports betting markets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Fluency in English is essential, Spanish would also be advantageous.
• Ability to be based on site in the San Jose; CR, HQ.
