BettingJobs are currently seeking a Sportsbook Operations Manager for a successful sports betting operation. Working closely with the Director of Trading, you will be responsible for the effective running of the sportsbook operation.

This position would ideally be suited to an individual with excellent operational skills and professional experience working within a sport trading environment.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the overall sportsbook with operational responsibility for all events and sports betting market
• Ensure the smooth operation of the sportsbook offering, minimising errors and maximising uptime
• Work across other departments to ensure sportsbook goals are aligned with the broader business strategy
• Develop close working relationships with marketing, customer service and to ensure consistency across all operations.
• Ongoing development and improvement across systems and processes to ensure optimum results

Requirements:

•  Excellent sports betting and trading knowledge
• Experience in an operational role with a sports trading environment
• Strong knowledge of sports trading and liability management
• Comfortable communicating to all levels, both externally and internally
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
