BettingJobs is working with a growing iGaming company who are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join their dynamic team in Cyprus.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of the Promotional Calendar across multiple GEOs, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
- Build and optimize customer journeys including onboarding, retention, and reactivation flows.
- Create and launch CRM campaigns (email, SMS, pop-ups, etc.) using the CRM tool – including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions; suggest and implement improvements based on data insights.
- Collaborate with Content, Product, and Design teams to ensure messaging is on-brand, accurate, and engaging.
- Conduct market and competitor research to localize strategies and identify new campaign opportunities.
- Assist with cross-platform promotions, including communication through channels like Telegram.
Requirements:
- 2+ years CRM experience in the online gambling industry.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with Smartico.
- Experience with Sportsbook.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Good with data – you understand how to read and act on campaign results.
- Self-sufficient with strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones.
