    Customer Support & Payment Representative – Mandarin & English

    BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Customer Support & Payment Representative – Mandarin & English based remotely in Asia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide multilingual customer support and translate communications as needed.
    • Assist in researching and resolving customer issues using available tools and resources.
    • Manage client accounts by updating notes and maintaining accurate records.
    • Help investigate and address transaction discrepancies promptly.
    • Monitor customer activity to detect and report potential fraud or misuse.
    • Assist in adjusting transactions in customer accounts as necessary.
    • Support the production of reports on trends and patterns to identify areas for service improvement.
    • Contribute to Identifying and recommending improvements to ongoing processes.
    • Enhance the quality of customer-facing communications.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve recurring issues.
    • Process transactions within established standards and SLAs.
    • Participate in daily security checks to prevent fraudulent activities.
    • Report potential risks associated with high-risk transactions.
    • Support the team and projects as required

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required
    • Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes
    • Minimum of 3 years in a position with relevant experience would be an asset
    • Knowledge of Sportsbook industry would be an asset
    • Basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisions
    • Computer literacy
    • Care in dealing with sensitive information
    • Ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English and Mandarin
    • Ability to write, read and speak in the required languages
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify customer’s needs
    • The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to independently research solutions and solve problems
    • Strong customer orientation
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Performance driven and a strong team player
    • Fluent and advanced skills both oral and in specialized languages would be an asset
