They are searching for a skilled Senior Account Manager to join their team in Gibraltar.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key B2B iGaming accounts, driving long-term growth through tailored strategies.
- Develop account plans aligned with client goals, ensuring consistent value delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Advocate for client needs internally, influencing product development and service delivery.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth within accounts.
- Track account performance, conduct business reviews, and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, account health, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on client strategies and seamless execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, strengthening relationships and expanding market presence.
- Support business development by cultivating relationships with prospects and influencers.
- Mentor junior account managers and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B account management experience in the iGaming industry, with senior stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to drive growth through strategic planning and upselling/cross-selling.
- Strong business acumen, industry insight, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; multilingual a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently; adaptable and organized in dynamic environments.
- Leadership experience with mentoring or team management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
