BettingJobs is working with a well-established and hugely successful B2B online casino games supplier who are currently looking for a Games Expert to join their team in Costa Rica.

The successful candidate will be the bridge between the game studios and the commercial operation living and breathing the portfolio of slot and crash games, supporting the client-facing teams, and playing a key part in driving the growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the entire game portfolio, from mechanics and features to performance metrics and player behaviour.
• Work closely with the internal game studios to stay up to date on upcoming releases, development roadmaps, and product vision.
• Assist the Commercial team with game presentations, demos, and training materials tailored to clients and prospects.
• Gather, organize, and distribute all necessary game marketing materials (logos, videos, banners, promo kits) ahead of launches.
• Collect and structure all feedback received from clients, both positive and constructive, and report back to studios in a clear, actionable way.
• Represent the voice of the player and the client internally, helping us continuously evolve and improve the game development efforts.

Requirements:

• Passionate about online casino games, especially slots and crash-style content.
• Strong communicator with an ability to translate technical or creative details into commercial value.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities across teams and time zones.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in iGaming (games, operations, or commercial side) is preferred but not essential.
