BettingJobs are currently seeking a Casino Coordinator for an established iGaming company in their San José office. Working with the Director of Casino the Casino Coordinator will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing product as well as building new Casino products.

This role would be ideally suited to an individual with a passion for online casino and proven experience working in the industry, with knowledge of a range of casino suppliers and their systems.

Responsibilities:

• Test and release new games across multiple casino clients
• Optimize game lobbies across multiple casino clients
• Communicate with game suppliers to fix issues and ensure maximum uptime
• Test bonuses /gamification on multiple casino clients
• Write promo briefs and implement promotions across multiple casino clients
• Optimize casino product user experience across multiple casino clients
• Run daily KPI data reports on multiple casinos (player level, game level) for Casino Director
• Conduct competitor analysis on rival casinos

Requirements:

• Advanced (C1) English language proficiency & communication skills
• Experience working in the iGaming industry
• Passion for Casino
• Excellent knowledge of a range of casino suppliers
• Strong knowledge of the online gaming industry
• Ability to multi-task
