• Monitor betting trends, customer behaviours, and industry developments to drive strategic decisions.
• Work closely with traders, marketing teams, and product developers to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies across all sportsbook activities.
• Analyse sportsbook performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve sportsbook-related issues.
