    Chief Operations Officer

    BettingJobs is partnering with a leading online casino operator in their search for a Chief Operations Officer to join their team in Dubai.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and market expansion.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong understanding of grey market dynamics.
    • Drive revenue generation through strategic partnerships and innovative product offerings.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance product offerings and user experience.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a COO, CEO, or senior executive in the online gambling or iGaming industry.
    • Extensive knowledge of grey market casino operations and regulatory challenges.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of online casino software, payment processing, and player acquisition strategies.
    • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Experience in P&L management and business development.
    • Ability to navigate complex compliance frameworks while maximizing business opportunities.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
