What’s the position?
Our Director of Customer Service will report to the SVP of Operations and will build and manage a team responsible for all aspects of customer service delivery. This will include:
adherence to KPI’s, quality and performance management goals, policy, process, hiring, onboarding and ongoing training and development
working with other internal stakeholders to build analytics and reporting, strategy, workforce management, forecasting, budget planning and compliance with responsible gambling and regulatory requirements
extensive collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to ensure a seamless service delivery
senior escalation point and voice of our customer, to ensure successful customer outcomes
installing a culture of continuous development via your management team to understand, embrace and adhere to our brand strategy and culture
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will:
have senior management experience in ecommerce/digital customer service with previous sportsbook experience an advantage
be a high energy exceptional leader who is both customer and data driven with a proven track record of creating a people focused development culture
have experience of building departments from the ground up and managing medium to large operations
drive initiatives and propose strategies to decrease cost per contact, increase one-contact resolution and customer satisfaction while providing insight to help guide product development
