What’s the position?
Our Training and Delivery Manager is a key role within our Operations team and will report to the Director of Customer Service.
be responsible for all elements of operational training and development including new hire training plans, onboarding and training delivery
identify and arrange ongoing learning interventions to educate and enhance performance, evaluate effectiveness through performance metrics
create standard operating procedures, develop and maintain an operations knowledgebase
create internal and customer facing FAQ’s, and optimize content and business processes
create a strong partnership with the operations management and product teams, allowing you to interpret changes to tools, policy and regulation and therefore create and deliver training and knowledge development solutions
become an operational subject matter expert
What are we looking for?
have process, learning and development management experience
be an accomplished partner who has the ability to assess, analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate and maintain business processes and organizational learning programs in support of employee development
have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories and are creative and innovative in your program design and delivery
have experience using a consulting approach to identifying and building effective learning solutions, exceptional relationship skills and can develop and nurture trust quickly
have proven creative problem solving skills, a love for teamwork and collaboration, balanced with an ability to be self-driven, are also requirements for this role
