What’s the position?
Our Director of Payments & Fraud will report to the SVP of Operations and will build and manage a team responsible for all aspects of Payments, Payment Operations and Fraud.
This will include:
setting and delivering industry leading KPI’s, fraud and risk policies, and managing the risk tolerance to our brand standards while balancing the P&L impact
creating visualizations and analytics to drive decision making, build and continuously refine fraud rules, partner with internal and external stakeholders to create frictionless customer payment journey’s, and develop efficient and scalable tools
extensive collaboration with payment service providers and you will frequently be the lead point of contact, working with internal product teams and key stakeholders to set our payments and fraud strategy
develop your team to understand, embrace and manage within our fraud and risk policy
What are we looking for?
You will have:
extensive management experience in a Payments and Fraud Operations function or with a Payments Service Provider
be an accomplished leader with strong analytical skills, comfortable in data and detail ideally drawn from previous digital experience, and an inspirational mentor to your team
strong communication skills and be commercially minded with a keen attention to detail
broad experience within the payments industry, you will have a passion for pushing the boundaries of payments technology, experience of building departments from the ground up and manging medium to large operations
