What’s the position?

They are looking for an experienced individual to help manage its growing Social Gaming business. The Social Gaming Manager will work with the VP, Social Gaming to drive monthly & daily unique user growth across a portfolio of both casino and non-casino social gaming titles. The Social Gaming Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and nurturing key relationships with marketing, player development and other relevant personnel at Casino, Hotel and other venues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responsible for hitting monthly DAU growth targets on a game-by-game basis across social gaming portfolio of products
Manage relationship between the group's properties and Social Gaming division
Coordinate with player development, marketing and other relevant teams to maximize player LTV
Create and manage multiple monthly campaign calendars
Create and execute promotional events aimed at improving one or more performance KPIs across the social gaming portfolio
Build and execute email acquisition campaigns designed to engage and convert prospects into Social Gaming players
Monitor event ROI and other KPIs to improve future performance with data driven adjustments
Escalate and manage resolution of player issues on all social gaming products in coordination with internal and external partners
Create and deliver monthly or as needed performance reports
Maintain expert awareness of competitor marketing and product efforts
Represent the group at live events as needed
Must be willing to travel when / if required

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years professional experience in Marketing, Product Management or Product Operations
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external partners
Track record of problem solving and analytical thinking
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Copywriting experience a plus
Social Gaming or Casino Marketing experience a plus
