Senior Director, CRM

What’s the position?
This highly influential role will be responsible for the CRM execution and CRM execution team within the new Digital department. Your team will build out the journey, tools, and execution strategies for our entire database of players. You’ll have a significant influence on the user experience, and a direct impact on company KPIs through both retention, stretch, and reactivation of players.
The Senior Director, CRM will lead the team that takes the concepts from our player revenue team and actions the communications around those campaigns, whether it be an in-app notification, an email, a push notification, or by tracking that player down via social media and “re-acquiring them” with spend. This person needs to live within and ensure the technical framework of execution capabilities and the technologies best allow to communicate effectively to segments of users, in real-time.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Own and execute lifecycle campaign strategies to increase conversion by leveraging email, push, in-app, SMS, and social channels; drive success against KPIs
Establish strong relationships with the player revenue team; collaborate and plan together in order to maximize the effectiveness of our promotional and activation spend
Create and share campaign briefs with cross-functional groups and the internal operations team in order to build and execute engaging efforts that convert for your key audience
Be the driving force behind ensuring that our internal tools and marketing tech stack are modern and best-in-class regarding CRM functionalities

Expansive CRM experience in a fast-paced, digital consumer environment.
Results-driven, action-oriented, and able to act intuitively in order to drive growth
Proven experience participating in cross-functional teams and influencing great outcomes across a fast-paced organization with evolving requirements
Technically savvy - familiar with CRM marketing channels, personalization, and database management
Strong analytical skills, including experience with consumer segmentation, tracking results and interpreting key learnings
