iGaming HR Manager

Summary:

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Human Resource Manager with experience working in an online gaming or sports book company! This role can be based either remotely or in the Phillipines (Manila or Legazpi).

Position holder will play a key role in the success of one of our group of companies by offering wide-range responsibility on the different fields of HR such as but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, total performance management, labor and employee relations, Compensation and benefits program, Training and other HR focuses while facilitating a positive relationship between employee and top management.

Job Description:
●Creating and revising job descriptions
●Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
●Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
●Performing benefits administration
●Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
●Overseeing exit interviews
●Maintaining department records and reports
●Participating in administrative staff meetings
●Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Supervisory Responsibilities:
●Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
●Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
●Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
●Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
●Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
●A minimum of three years experience working in an online game/sports book company.
