We are working with one of the longest standing names in online betting and iGaming, seeking a genuine industry leader to take on significant executive responsibility as Chief Operating Officer. This role can be taken from London, Malta or the Caribbean and will take responsibility for an operation which extends to every corner of the globe.

Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with Executive team on Strategic planning as well as resource allocation of the business operations
Spearheads strategies to steer the company’s future direction
Automate processes to be more efficient and scalable
Take the lead in organizational expansion activities and ensure business continuity
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Develop, establish, implement and improve operational business processes and policies
Manage strategy implementation; In particular, regarding operational priorities, conflicts and reporting timelines. Track success of key strategic projects with stakeholders
Ensure that all customer facing departments meet quality standards of output and guide them in their processes
Ensure all operational departments are fully informed of new strategic goals and guide them to make the necessary operational changes to be able to reach their objectives
Set operational and / or performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals
Establish and monitor business performance reporting systems to ensure goals, objective etc. are being met. Ensure changes are made as necessary
Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made
Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals
Assist in defining the teams that need to collaborate in order to develop and implement new operations procedures, work in sync with all necessary areas
Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and dedication to building and growing a strong and stable workforce
Collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
Assist the CEO with other duties on ongoing basis as required

Skills & Qualifications:
Passion and knowledge of the industry
Strong organizational skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities
A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Familiarity IT/Business infrastructure
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
University degree

Knowledge & Experience:
5 years of progressively increasing operational management experience with at least 3 years in a senior management executive level position with general management, project management and budgetary oversight
