A highly visible social gaming brand is seeking an accomplished product and marketing professional to take on the leadership role of Social Gaming Manager across their business. The role can be taken in Florida or remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for hitting monthly growth targets on a game-by-game basis across social gaming portfolio of products
Manage relationship between Social Gaming division and wider business
Coordinate with player development, marketing and other relevant teams to maximise player LTV
Create and manage multiple monthly campaign calendars
Create and execute promotional events aimed at improving one or more performance KPIs across the social gaming portfolio
Build and execute email acquisition campaigns designed to engage and convert prospects into Social Gaming players
Monitor event ROI and other KPIs to improve future performance with data driven adjustments
Escalate and manage resolution of player issues on all social gaming products in coordination with internal and external partners
Create and deliver monthly or as needed performance reports
Maintain expert awareness of competitor marketing and product efforts
Must be willing to travel when / if required

Ideal Skills/Experience:
5+ years professional experience in Marketing, Product Management or Product Operations
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external partners
Track record of problem solving and analytical thinking
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Copywriting experience a plus
Social Gaming or Casino Marketing experience a plus
