Bettingjobs is working with a growing iGaming operator seeking to grow their team with a remote based CRM Manager.
The CRM Manager is responsible for the delivery of direct customer communications, the objective of the role is to ensure that the brands execute the right communications to the customer base through the optimising channel and at the right time and maximising customer value. It is a critical component of the customer-centric journey.
• Deliver value and engaging content to customers
• Maximise ROI from campaigns to deliver value to the business
• Own the direct communications strategy to our mobile customers
• Measure, evaluate and report on our success across the CRM team
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, defining KPI's and analytical frameworks
• To champion the’ customer-centric objectives and keep the customer at the heart of everything we do
• To evaluate effectiveness of all CRM marketing activities, complete post-campaign analysis and share learnings
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for maximising customer value
• Build and execute CRM campaigns through all channels, with a particular focus on SMS, push messaging, email, and web messaging.
• Coordinate and develop clear internal and external briefs for CRM campaigns
• Develop and own customer promotional strategies
• Track financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting
• Document and share campaign performance and learnings
• 2-5 years proven CRM execution in the iGaming industry
• HTML/ Photoshop/ Dreamweaver or similar to deliver high quality email campaigns
• Experience measuring and sharing campaign results with internal stakeholders
• Proven user of statistics to drive personalised, automated communications
• Detailed understanding of the below the line channel mix (email, outbound telemarketing, SMS, social media, direct mail, etc.)
• Proven understanding of the use and building of data-driven customer segmentation
• Creative and proactive approach
• A proven track record of achieving exceptional levels of engagement across all levels of internal and external stakeholders
