Bettingjobs is working with a leading iGaming solutions provider seeking to grow their Prague office with an experienced Head of VIP.

The Head of VIP will oversee customer relationships and be responsible for account growth, customer satisfaction, prioritization of client and project workflow and staffing whilst also ensuring that all quality meets a high standard.

•Create and implement the VIP strategy for all high value players across all products
•Take a data-driven view to client management; continually measure and improve results by looking at impact of actions on customer spend
•Hire and manage a large VIP team to handle the day-to-day management of accounts
•Excel in a self-managed, team environment, working pragmatically across geographies and with teams of different disciplines
•Adopt an analytical role where he conducts research and gathers data on the customers, the market, and competitive environment in order to identify key improvement areas in VIP account maintenance and management
•Represent the company at VIP events; when safe, and be the point of contact for the highest calibre of clients

• Proven experience of developing and implementing strategy in a iGaming VIP department
• Needs to be determined and ambitious, with a desire to lead their industry in what they do
• Must be excited and motivated by the prospect of developing new strategy and building on existing frameworks
• Must have a track record of delivering high results in their career so far
• Experience working in the gambling industry, with understanding across Casino and/ or Sportsbook product
• Must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written, in English.
