A large international operator is hiring an experience, passionate casino marketing professional to take significant responsibility for the promotion of their casino product, based from Las Vegas.

About the Role:
• Maximize LTV from Casino content
• Responsible for ensuring Casino player LTV
• Maximizing the promotion of casino hames
• Creating and deploying new Game launch promotions and offers
• Cross Sell Casino to Sportsbook
• Ensure that the Casino player journey and experience is optimized to deliver business value by keeping patrons engaged and always leaving patrons with a strong reason to return
• Responsible for Profitability of Casino patron database
• Spearhead initiatives to use in app event or trigger messaging to optimize Casino user experience and decrease churn
• Drive visibility in the business for Casino marketing efforts using dashboards and weekly and monthly Casino reports
• Utilize ECRM software and work closely with product teams on ideation and backlog development to deliver a highly engaging in experience for our Casino patrons
• Curate casino content in app on site, create optimized casino lobby experiences and retire games as needed
• Act as appoint of escalation on game errors
• Internal point of contact for requests on game enhancements to game vendors
• Internal champion for new casino related product and marketing features/feature improvements

Primary Responsibilities:
• Daily Casino player LTV monitoring
• Optimization of lobby and promotions to maximize Casino player profitability and ARPU
• Use in app and onsite -engagement points for transitioning casino patrons through their life stages and states in order for the business to market the right messages and deliver the right experience to the player and in doing so, engage the player and maintain and optimize profitable revenue generated through the player wagering on our sites
Acquisition support:
• Liaise with Growth team to ensure we have a competitive Casino UA offer in the markets we serve

Customer Engagement Management:
• To ensure that casino patrons are enjoying a quality gaming experience on our product/s and that their preferences with regards to contact channel and frequency of contact is being adhered to
• To ensure that sensitive data is correctly stored and shared in a manner that doesn’t leave the business vulnerable to loss of valuable data or player details
• Assist in the creation and operation of Casino tournaments
• Liaise with retention team to ensure that the right games are promoted to the right audiences
• Work with the CRM team to use in app opportunities and onsite to increase casino customer recency, frequency and value

Essential Experience/Skills:
• Educated to degree level
• Passionate about casino.
• Strong casino marketer and skilled in the gambler/social gamer psychology and mindset
• Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel
• At least 3+ years’ experience of online casino content provisioning
• 3+ years of experience of marketing online casino/social games
• Previous experience of budget and P/L responsibility
• 2+ years commercial experience in 3rd party content vendor management
• Previous experience of managing conflict and prioritization within a busy B2C online business
• Experience of working in an organization managing end patrons or patrons using lifecycle or life stage management processes
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong motivational skills
• Experience in working in a matrix organization and proven to be effective in building relationships internally and externally

Preferred Experience/Skills:
• Experience in working for a leading online casino brand in a retention marketing lead capacity with LTV ownership
• Product passionate and proactive person who displays initiative and can work well in a team
Is creative with a highly commercial approach
• Is organized in creating/following processes
• Outgoing, positive and forward thinking
• Is happy to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment with demanding targets but keen on maintaining customer-focus
