A major international iGaming brand is seeking an accomplished marketing leader for the position of Retention Director, based from their Las Vegas office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring that the in user journey is optimized to deliver business value by keeping patrons engaged and always leaving patrons with a strong reason to return
• Responsible for profitability of patron database
• Spearhead initiatives to use in app event or trigger messaging to optimize user experience and decrease churn
• Drive visibility in the business for Retention team efforts using dashboards and weekly and monthly Retention reports
• Work data research projects to assess the value of our secondary currency and create a secondary currency strategy focused on driving P/L through engagement
• Utilize ECRM software and work closely with product teams on ideation and backlog development to deliver a highly engaging in app experience for our patrons
• Manage the Retention team and ensure that their CRM plan is congruent to in app and on website initiatives and activities as well as the sporting fixture calendar

• Educated to degree level
• Passionate about Sports and casino.
• Strong gambling/social games enthusiast and skilled in the social gamer psychology and mindset
• Knowledgeable of a wide range of sports in the context of betting
• Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel
• At least 3+ years’ experience of leading a CRM team in a B2C environment
• Previous experience of budget and P/L responsibility
• Previous experience of managing conflict and prioritization within a busy B2C online business
• Experience of working in an organization managing end patrons or patrons using lifecycle or life stage management processes
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong motivational skills
• Experience in working in a matrix organization and proven to be effective in building relationships internally and externally

• Experience in working for an online gambling/ B2C RMG app business.
• Product passionate and demonstrate the ability to transfer social game CRM strategies into a RMG product
• Proactive person who displays initiative and can work well in a team
• Is creative with an analytical approach
• Is organized in creating/following processes
• Outgoing, positive and forward thinking
• Is happy to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment with demanding targets but keen on maintaining customer-focus
• Will give exemplary attention to detail and have excellent communication skills – including insights for the content writers
