BettingJobs is working with an established Sportsbook and Casino provider seeking to expand their Liverpool team with the addition of a Customer Support Agent.
Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for customers and respond effectively to incoming customer communication via the phone, emails and live chat
• Provide online technical customer support
• Carry out basic registration checks
• Efficiently reply to Sportsbook and Casino queries and escalate cases when necessary
• Assist with manual bonuses and/or crediting accounts
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Report and update the Head of CS regarding recurring customer issues
• Other Adhoc duties
Requirements
• Must have experience working in iGaming with exposure to Sportsbook product
• Previous customer-facing experience, ideally over phone calls and email
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and forward thinker capable of working in a team
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer focus
• Highly organised and proactive
• Able to commute to Liverpool based office (when back in office)
