We are working with a large iGaming casino content business, seeking a Live Casino Business Coordinator to be based from their offices in Romania, Serbia or remotely from India.

Key Responsibilities include:
New Game/Table Launch coordination (Launch plan setup, Configuration schedule setup, Launch configuration monitoring, announcement, post launch support)
Dedicated Tables/Studio Release (Launch plan setup, Configuration schedule setup, Launch configuration monitoring, announcement, post launch support)
Support with Invoicing and Finance issues
Client on-boarding (LCQ updates and custom limits approvals)
Configuration and setting changes for existing clients.
Coordination for new feature roll out and cooperation with product and tech (Integration + Support Teams) for any new process setup which includes Hubs.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Characteristics:
Fluent English – written and spoken.
Super detail oriented and organized.
Pro-active and pushy, creative, and out of the box thinker.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in line with strict deadlines and instructions.
Ability to learn fast and adapt to work in dynamic environment, make quick decisions, and take responsibility on those.
Good computer literacy and experience working with CRM and databases.
Communication and presentation skills, good problem - solving skills.
Experience working in IT, in gambling industry. Live Casino as a must.
Availability during weekend or after standard working hours for urgent matter.
