A client active in the US market is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to work from the United States on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Defining and implementing a social media strategy to maximise brand exposure and build engaged communities
Creating and implementing a social media calendar and production of social content
Creating and running campaigns on a number of social media platforms
Coordinate with customer service agents to manage and escalate customer complaints via social channels
Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of social media marketing to assist with delivering a top level service.
Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices
At least two years of experience developing social media strategies for brands facing the US market (iGaming/Betting a significant advantage but not essential)
Great communication skills and highly creative
A comprehensive understanding of all disciplines within marketing, and proven skills in social media
Extensive knowledge of and previous experience working with Facebook and Twitter
Understanding of graphic design principles
Highly analytical and able to measure success of ongoing campaigns
