We are looking for a UI/UX Technical Designer who will coordinate with our company’s engineering and design teams to modernize our design systems and maintain a company-wide component catalogue.
Your primary responsibilities will be gathering user requirements, monitoring, and analysing user behaviour, along with reviewing the development of user- facing components to ensure they conform to all UX/UI requirements. Ultimately, you’ll assist to integrate the application of UX standards in our development process.
Working with Operations, Marketing, Product, Technology and additional external stakeholders, as the main point of contact to gather design requirements
Preparing design specifications/acceptance criteria
Propose, elaborate and implement new concepts and designs
Optimize existing user interface designs, functionality, and features
Develop wireframes and prototypes that succinctly illustrate user journeys, content structure/hierarchy, and navigation to create compelling and empathetic user experiences
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Conduct user research, gather requirements and study usage to provide recommendations in written and visual form, backed up with the rationale behind them
Map and trial various user experience integrations before implementing
Casino Product-specific innovation of new technologies and features which will enhance their current offering and improve customer experience

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role – 3+ years’ experience Experience in UX & UI design within the gaming industry
A robust understanding of Casino customer needs
Expert knowledge of Prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision Studio)
Automated testing tools (Jest, Jasmine, Puppeteer)
Experience in using data-driven techniques to map out user behaviours and satisfaction
Experience in defining design requirements both for technical and user requests in the context of software and application development Ability to discuss and explain design options
Great attention to detail; you must be able to adapt, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
Experience of working with product teams to produce high-quality UX & UI artefacts
Strong teamwork, co-ordination, planning and influencing skills
Must be self-driven and able to work within a fast-paced and dynamic organization
