You’re also a bona fide content and social media guru, with a proven track record of implementing successful multi-channel strategies that not only resonate with audiences across different markets globally, but also deliver against robust commercial KPIs.
You will have strong skills and experience relating to our core inbound verticals of content marketing, copywriting, audio and video production, SEO, social media engagement, sponsorship and influencer activation.

Equally adept in tactical and strategic debates, you’ll be working in close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, supporting the operational responsibility of brands and wider international footprint.
Head up the Inbound Marketing team. Be their leader, mentor and coach, empowering them to deliver world class output and results.
Budget holder for inbound area, including management of external contributors, creative agencies, suppliers, tools and services.
Audit our current social and content marketing strategies, and develop a new wide-ranging strategy to integrate and align the entire inbound function – with particular attention to cross-channel dependencies and building international scalability.
Core stakeholder in defining our approach to new and emerging audiences and expanding into new international territories, including consistency of brand tone of voice and proposition.
Accountability for the activation and ROI of our influencer networks and sponsorships.
Responsible for teams that produce written and A/V assets for our branded channels and campaigns.
Establish and champion a test-evaluate-optimize mindset in the team, where a performance and data-driven approach underpins creativity.
Continuous planning, reporting and optimization of our content output, including reallocation of resource and funds based on shifting business needs and/or performance within our wider marketing mix.
Essential Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in social and content related marketing.
A minimum 3+ years’ track record of impressive leadership.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends.
Ability to think big picture and act global at all times.
Strong presentation skills and ability to convey strategic plans across different levels of the organization.
Experience representing a well-established global brand.
Ability to adapt within an ever-changing industry and business.
